Not too long ago I reported about some new neighbors. Today I want to introduce to you a new "addition" to the cblounge. Say hello to Oscar:


I have befriended this little guy. He is "from the neighborhood." I began seeing him around looking a bit down on his luck and new to the area. On top of that, he looks very much like a younger Janice:
